We have commenced our final stage of 28 villas, marking the next evolution of The Boulevard Lifestyle Village in Rolleston.
This stage includes a mix of spacious villa options, including three-bedroom double garage homes, two-bedroom double garage villas with ensuite and bathroom, and two-bedroom single garage designs with ensuite and separate toilet layouts.
The first villas in this stage are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2026.
Due to strong demand, only a limited number of the earliest villas remain available.
This stage will also introduce the new village lodge, featuring a café, swim spa, gym, library, darts area, and pool table—forming the social heart of the community.
