Village now open and residents moving in.

Still some landscaping to be completed but well on the way.

Next stage of villas now going under contract.

Viewing times 1 - 3 pm Monday to Wednesday and Saturday & Sunday or by appointment.

Work in the Village had stopped over the Christmas and New Year period, but has just begun again with a vengeance.

Four new villas have been finished, with residents moving in to their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38.

With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to Covid-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lock down is lifted.
