We have only had this show villa for a couple of months, and it is already being handed over to its new owner in several weeks' time.

We provide a variety of villa styles and colours throughout the village are very excited to be offering a new look again with our Town Houses to commence later this year. These are 51 through 62.
The ones along the fence line, 51, 53, 55, 57, 59, 61, will have high ceilings in the lounge and hallways, with the second bedroom coming off the lounge with floor-to-ceiling doors to become a multipurpose room. Private courtyard gardens still retain that northern aspect for the sunshine.
The second style townhouse, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, will be slightly smaller than our existing villas but provide a different price range, and offer a new look.
We are now selling off the plans for these townhouses and already have several under contract.

With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to COVID-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lockdown is lifted.

With residents moving into their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38.
We have commenced our final stage of 28 villas, marking the next evolution of The Boulevard Lifestyle Village in Rolleston.
The first villas in this stage are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2026.
