We would have never thought when we saw in 2020 that we would have had to face a pandemic and our lives would change.
Living within the village allowed us to all work together and manage Covid 19 and still have manageable social distancing but know we were not alone.
We continued our villa build as soon as restrictions were lifted and villas quickly went under contract.
We have 24 villas completed and another two to be completed early March. All are under contract apart from one which will be the show villa.
We commence another 8 early in January and February and four of them are already under contract.
We have had a great Christmas with lots of great social functions which makes you appreciate village life more and looking forward to more fun this year.
Our big goal for this year will not only be to continue with the villa build but start work towards and our care facility. This is really needed for the Rolleston community & surrounding districts. This will include a new village lodge, cafe and large commercial kitchen along with apartments and care suits with hospital, rest home and dementia level care.

Third stage build of 9 villas underway with framing timber going up today.
We have commenced our final stage of 28 villas, marking the next evolution of The Boulevard Lifestyle Village in Rolleston.
The first villas in this stage are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2026.
