Our current show villa is being handed over to its new owner at the end of next week, so come and view it this weekend.

Open from 10.30 am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday, 3rd & 4th October.

I will be available in the sales office after that, if you want to discuss our future villas in Stage Five

The 8 villas in our current stage four build are all under contract, but we are holding one for our new show villa.

Covid 19 lock down

With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to COVID-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lockdown is lifted.
