With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to Covid-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lock down is lifted.

Village now open and residents moving in. Still some landscaping to be completed but well on the way.

Four new villas have been finished, with residents moving in to their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38.
