New Lodge

Work in the Village had stopped over the Christmas and New Year period, but has just begun again with a vengeance. This will soon see the completion of some phases of the village as well as the start of others, such as our new lodge and our care facility; so exciting times ahead.

LAST WEEKEND FOR VIEWING OUR CURRENT SHOW VILLA

Our current show villa is being handed over to its new owner at the end of next week, so come and view it this weekend.

We have been thrilled with the interest in our villas and we are taking expressions of interest for our next stage of six two bedroom villas and two three bedroom villas.

  • Covid 19 lock down

    With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to Covid-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lock down is lifted.
Due to demand, we now have a waiting list for all villas.
