Four new villas have been finished, with residents moving in to their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38. Work continues on 8 Townhouses, with 6 more to follow.

We have been thrilled with the interest in our villas and we are taking expressions of interest for our next stage of six two bedroom villas and two three bedroom villas.
