We have had great interest in these villas, and of the 4 started and another 4 to commence in August, we have them all signed for, except for two.
This next stage will also see our feature waterway, which we are all looking forward to seeing completed.
Planning is also underway for our new lodge, cafe, hospital, and memory-impaired unit. We are very excited about the design Ikon has finalised and look forward to the anticipated commencement at the end of the year 2020.

We have been thrilled with the interest in our villas and we are taking expressions of interest for our next stage of six two bedroom villas and two three bedroom villas.

With residents moving into their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38.
We have commenced our final stage of 28 villas, marking the next evolution of The Boulevard Lifestyle Village in Rolleston.
The first villas in this stage are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2026.
