The Boulevard provides a range of accommodation options with our architecturally designed INDEPENDENT TWO & THREE BEDROOM VILLAS. These range in configurations and sizes which allows you to make a selection to suit your own lifestyle.
We plan to have a large community lodge with dining, lounge, bar and café facilities. A large swim spa will be situated internally from the lodge along with the gym. There will be a small library/computer room along with the beautician in the main building.
We already have a small men's shed which will be surrounded by raised planter beds.
Until the lodge is built we have a temporary lodge with a bar and Television as meeting / social room for residents. This has an outdoor area for barbecues and community raised planter beds and glass house..
Outside will provide a barbecue area to enjoy with friends and family, community vegetable garden, walkways and extensive green areas.
Later stages will see 1 bedroom serviced apartments which will complement the village and offer an alternative lifestyle. Within the apartment complex there will be dining facilities and lounges for social functions. There will be access to a library and hair dressing salon and beauticians room. The cafe will be avaible during to the day for light meals.
Care suites and a hospital, rest home and a memory impaired unit are also planned to ensure the full continuum of care is available. Inclusive in that will be beds set aside for palliative and respite care.
