The Boulevard provides a range of accommodation options with our architecturally designed INDEPENDENT TWO, THREE & A FOUR BEDROOM VILLAS. These range in configurations and sizes which allows you to make a selection to suit your own lifestyle.
We plan to have a large community lodge with dining, lounge, bar, pool table and darts board and café facilities. A large swim spa will be situated internally from the lodge along with the gym. There will be a small library area.,
We already have a small men's shed which is surrounded by raised planter beds. There are two other raised planter beds around the village to allow residents to grow vegetables.
Until the lodge is built we have a temporary lodge which is a social hub for residents along with darts, cards, functions and weekly happy hour. This has an outdoor area for barbecues and community raised planter beds and glass house. The lodge accommodates a large number of residents who attend the activities and entertainment.
Outside will provide a barbecue area to enjoy with friends and family, community vegetable garden, walkways and extensive green areas.
