The individual villa architecture is unique and has been carefully designed to flow through at each stage of the build. The villas will range in configurations and sizes from 108 m² to 180m² and feature two or three double bedrooms with either double or single garaging. All villas will have pre-wiring to allow access to the latest technology.

Community Lodge

The lodge will be built in the later stages of the village development. It will be large enough to accommodate all residents when at capacity. High ceilings and complimentary architectural features unique to the Community Lodge add to its impressiveness.

The Community Lodge will be the social hub of the village, incorporating a wide range of facilities and services including: dining, lounge, bar and café facilities, beautician/therapy room, gym, library and computer room. The café will be functioning through the day for light meals and morning and afternoon tea, and available in the evening for restaurant meals, where family and friends are most welcome.

The large screen in the lounge will serve well for movies and those important sporting events. There is an adjoining ‘meeting room’ which can be opened up to extend the lounge area. This in turn can be closed off to allow for private functions or birthday celebrations.

The lounge and dining areas will open out onto landscaped sheltered patio areas, to enjoy those summer days for drinks or around the barbeque. Connecting to the lodge will be a swim spa suitable for exercising or in the spa for relaxation.

Community gardens with raised planter beds and extensive green areas including a putting green and walkways will feature around the village.

If you want an alternative to a villa, then an apartment may be the perfect choice for you. Apartments have increased in popularity over the years and are now a part of most villages. 

The construction of the fully serviced apartments, consisting of 10 one bedroom units, will commence in the later stages of the village development.

The apartments will be equipped to allow as much independence as you choose; however, care and services, if required, will be at the touch of a bell.

Each apartment will have open-plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge, a large double bedroom and ensuite. 

Situated centrally, the apartments will link with the care suites and will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There will be a range of care and service level options available, from basic care/services right through to full rest home level care.

Twenty care-suites will be built with the apartment block in the later stages of development and will provide a choice in regard to receiving full care (up to and including hospital level), in your own suite. They each will have a bedroom with an ensuite and a small kitchenette, suitable for tea or coffee and possibly a light lunch. They are fully staffed according to care requirements. Care-suite residents can dine in the apartment dining area, or in the care facility depending on their needs.
