
Our Villas
The Boulevard villas have been architecturally designed to look unique and provide choice of style and colours.
The villas will range in configurations and sizes from 101m2 to 159m2 and feature two or three double bedrooms with either double or single garaging.
The three bedroom villas are standalone while the two bedroom villas are semi-detached. They have either a gabled or mono pitched roof line.
We will also be offering a further range in sizes as the village develops and according to need.

All villas have been designed to face north with sliding doors from the lounge to make the most of the sunshine and gardens.

Quality drapes and blinds throughout to complement the overall design.

There will be pre-wiring to allow access to the latest technology.

Where there is a third bedroom this is designed with cavity sliders to allow choice of how you wish this room to be used. It can open up to provide an easy entertainment flow from the lounge or easily closed off if used as an office or bedroom.
Kitchen:
Careful consideration was given to the kitchen's layout to provide ease of access and functional flows.

The kitchen features quality stainless steel appliances, including: a wall oven and microwave, ceramic cook top or upgrade to induction cook top for a small price, dish drawer or dish washer and fridge.

Soft close drawers have been used extensively. Not only are they practical but they look great.

Lounge:
The lounge area has been designed with easy flow to the outside patio areas.

Floors and Finishing:
The floors will have quality carpet throughout and the garage and laundry will be carpeted.
The three bedroom villa will have tiles in the entrance, kitchen and ensuite. The two bedroom villas will have laminate timber flooring in the kitchen and entrance way with tiles in the ensuites.
Heating is via a heat pump, electric fire and under tile heating. Ensuites are all sizeable.

For your security, there will be smoke alarms and a security system which will also trigger an alert to the Village Manager.
There will be outside sensor lights and bollard lighting.
In the later evening, the village gates will close and you will have your own remote to open these.
