The first stages of 18 villas are completed.
Villas 4,6,8,10,12,14, are completed and all but the SHOW VILLA are occupied in this stage. Our show villa has now also been signed up.
Three bedroom villas 28,29 & 30 are completed and occupied.
Villas 20, 22, 24 & 26 are well under way with completion in October. All four have either signed applications or on hold.
Villas 21,23,25,& 27 will start in August with occupancy early December or January. Only two left in this stage which are not signed up.
There will be a further six villas commenced early in the New Year.
