The village is nearing completion of Stages One and Two, delivering a wide variety of villas to choose from.
Following the completion of these stages, we plan to commence construction of the Lodge. This will enable the removal of the existing temporary lodge and allow for the development of three additional villas, completing those shown on the current site plan.
The area originally designated for the Care Facility will now accommodate a further 28 villas, bringing the total number of villas on the site to its final count.
The commencement of the Care Facility will be subject to funding, and an alternative location is being explored on adjoining land.
