The Site Plan
The first phase of the village is now completed or nearing completion.
In February 2022, the Boulevard took ownership of a further 1.8 hectares, of adjoining land.
Due to demand we will be building more 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villas, with double-attached garages. To date, these are all under contract, but enquiries are always welcome, as plans change from time to time.
February saw the start of eight 2-bedroom townhouses and one two bedroom standalone double garage villa with attached garage.
These are gradually being completed and occupied with six more townhouses now underway along with a three bedroom double garage villa.
After these are built we hope to commence work on the Lodge and our care facility.
