COVID and supply issues have hampered the build - as they have in the wider community - but with Christmas a distant memory, and Easter just around the corner, we are happy to say that construction on the Townhouses is well underway. The site has also been cleared for the new Lodge, and we all look forward to seeing its progress.

We would have never thought when we saw in 2020 that we would have had to face a pandemic and our lives would change.
We have commenced our final stage of 28 villas, marking the next evolution of The Boulevard Lifestyle Village in Rolleston.
The first villas in this stage are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2026.
