ORA's for first and second stage all SOLD

ORA's for first and second stage all SOLD and villas occupied. 

Third stage build of 9 villas underway with framing timber going up today. 

 

All three bedroom villas in this stage and four two bedroom villas are under contract. 

 

Further villas will commence once these are near completion.
