Things are well underway with our next stage build.
We have had great interest in these villas and of the 4 started and another 4 to commence in August, we have them all signed for except for two.
This next stage will also see our feature water way which we are all looking forward to seeing the completion of.
Planning is also under way for our new lodge, cafe, apartments, caresuites, hospital and memory impaired unit. We are very excited with the design Ikon have finalised and look forward to anticipated commencement at the end of the year 2020.

With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to Covid-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lock down is lifted.
