We have commenced the final stage of villas that we can complete until the new lodge is built.

Four new villas have been finished, with residents moving in to their new homes at the end of March. This brings the total of villas completed and occupied to 38.

With the recent requirement to go into Level 4 lockdown, due to Covid-19, the Boulevard Village will be closed to the public until the lock down is lifted.

We have only had this show villa for a couple of months and it is already being handed over to its new owner in several weeks time.

Third stage build of 9 villas underway with framing timber going up today.

Village now open and residents moving in. Still some landscaping to be completed but well on the way.

We have been thrilled with the interest in our villas and we are taking expressions of interest for our next stage of six two bedroom villas and two three bedroom villas.
